Thank you for your interest in Allergy Free Table. As a mother of a son with severe food allergies, I have been deeply concerned about food allergy education for a number of years. I wrote Food Allergies & Children: Pocket Guide for Parents for the parent who is new to food allergies. Subsequently I wrote Food Allergies & Schools: Pocket Guide for Educators with my son’s teacher in mind. Our current focus is to continue creating new educational material for parents, culinary students, dining services and restaurants via online classes, books, and eBooks.
