Gluten-free Restaurant Card

Dining out with a gluten intolerance can be a challenging experience. You are entrusting the wait staff, chef, and other members of the restaurant team to deal with your gluten intolerance safely. To help, we have created restaurant cards (chef cards) which can be printed by you on business card stock. Keep several restaurant cards with you, and present them to your waiter/waitress to help convey your needs to the chef and kitchen staff.

To print, choose the restaurant card (chef card) above to open a PDF version. When printing the PDF, set the Page Scaling option to none so the restaurant card alignment stays fixed. Insert business card stock and print as needed.
