Definition:

A corn allergy is due to an immune system reaction after contact with and/or ingestion of corn.

What foods are safe?

Fresh fruits and vegetables, grass fed meats, eggs, and dairy products are a safe bet. Choose whole grains like oats, quinoa, and millet for meals. Make sure you read the label of all processed foods like breads, cereals, bakery products, and oils.
